Hotel Barmoi, Freetown

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The seaview from my room was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was impeccable, especially with the team member from Barmoi who went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. However, the location, although close to the ocean, was in a poverty-ridden area which was a bit unsettling. The raw fish served in the dining area was not to my liking.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in a bustling commercial area by the sea and close to various attractions. The rooms were cozy and offered a stunning seaview, the service was exceptional with a member of staff from Barmoi personally picking me up, and the dining experience, especially the homemade Belgian waffles, was delightful. On the downside, the facilities were a bit lacking and the price felt a bit steep for the value provided.
